David Rutley, MP

David Rutley, MP has served as Parlimentary Under Secretary of State for the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office, the Department for Work and Pensions, and the Department for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs.

Rutley received a BSc (Econ) from the London School of Economics and a MBA from Harvard Business School. He has spent most of his career in business and worked as a senior executive in major companies, including Asda, PepsiCo International, Halifax General Insurance and Barclays.
