Nicole Bintner-Bakshian

Nicole Bintner-Bakshian is the ambassador of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg to the United States, based in Washington D.C., and non-resident Ambassador to Canada and Mexico. She has held key roles in foreign affairs, including postings in Asia, the UAE, and West Africa. She established Luxembourg’s first regional embassy in Senegal and served as a Special Envoy to the Sahel. Educated in Europe and Asia, she speaks four languages and is married with two daughters.
