Ty Brown | EVP of International, O.C. Tanner
Ty Brown is the Executive Vice President of International at O.C. Tanner. Ty has over 20 years of experience in global operations and has been with O.C. Tanner for 19 years. Prior to joining O.C. Tanner, Ty was the Vice President of Global Operations at Dynix and Epixtech. Ty Brown attended Brigham Young University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration.
Amy Smedley | General Counsel, Savage
Amy K. Smedley serves as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary for Savage. From 2006 until joining Savage, Ms. Smedley served in various legal roles at Huntsman Corporation in both its Salt Lake City and Houston offices, serving as Vice President and Associate General Counsel from 2014 and as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel from July 2018. She also practiced law with a firm in Salt Lake City and has extensive experience in corporate matters including corporate governance, compliance, litigation, government affairs, trade compliance, risk management, mergers and acquisitions, and other related public company legal issues. Ms. Smedley earned a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University in political science. She received a Juris Doctor degree from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University where she was a member of the Law Review. She is admitted to both the Utah and California (inactive) bars.
David Paradiso | Partner, Maj Invest
David joined Maj Invest in 2015 and works at the Maj Invest office in Mumbai, India. David has over 14 years of international experience managing finance operations, private equity and venture capital in the US, Asia and Latin America at Ernst & Young, Dell Corporation, start-ups and NGOs. David holds an MBA focused on finance, international business, venture capital & private equity from Brigham Young University (US) and Strategic Leadership on Inclusive Finance from Harvard University.
Sandeep Lodha | Managing Partner, SVRJ & CO LLP
Sandeep is a Chartered Accountant and has also done PGDBA (finance) from SCDL, Pune. Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 2006, he has worked for over 5 years in MNCs like Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Dr. Reddy's Laboratories and Wells Fargo. In the year 2011, he started his chartered accountant practice. In his career of over 10 years, he has worked in almost all the major areas of finance and accounts ranging from audits, due diligence and internal audits, direct taxes including international taxation, preparation of DRHP, accounting and bookkeeping, tax return filing for international clients / entities, secretarial services and project financing. From the time he commenced his practice in 2011, he has catered his services to wide range clients in the segment of pharmaceuticals, IT and software, manufacturing, trading concerns, media, consulting, education and a few international clients. He has also served various early stage start-up entrepreneurs with his professional expertise in Company / LLP formation, accounting and compliance management and audits.
