Herbert. Meet and network with business leaders and government officials and find new opportunities for growth in the Middle East.

As part of this trade mission, participants will have opportunities to:

  • Attend VIP receptions for business leaders, elected officials, and other invitees

  • The deadline to reserve your hotels at the WTC Utah group rate in Jordan and Israel is Friday, September 15.
  • In the coming weeks, you will receive an invoice for the remaining participation fee balance for the trade mission. Your initial $500 deposit will be applied toward the total participate fee.


Trade mission participants are responsible for booking their own flights and accommodations.  In doing so please note the following schedule:

  • Sunday, October 22: Trade mission meetings will start in Amman, Jordan (morning)
  • Monday, October 23: Transportation/transit provided to Tel Aviv, Israel (afternoon)
  • Wednesday, October 25: Transportation/transit provided to Jerusalem, Israel (afternoon)
  • Thursday, October 26: Trade mission concludes (evening)

Participants wishing to arrive earlier and/or depart later can book their flights and hotels according to their preferred schedule.


The deadline for reserving your hotels in Jordan/Israel has been extended to Friday, September 15.  The group rates will expire after Friday, September 15, after which we cannot guarantee room availability at that price. Please note that there is limited room availability. Participants may book rooms at the hotel of their choosing, but will be responsible for any additional transportation required outside of the in-country group transportation departing/arriving at the main hotel. Some briefings and receptions will take place at the recommended hotels.

Jordan (October 21-23)

WTC Utah’s recommended hotel is the Four Seasons in Amman, Jordan.

TEL AVIV (October 23-25): The recommended hotel is the InterContinental David Tel Aviv. Please click here to make your reservation. Please note IATA# 99801505 and Group Code CVD to ensure you are receiving the group rate.

JERUSALEM (October 25-26, rooms can be reserved through October 29 if you choose): The recommended hotel is the David Citadel. To reserve your room, please follow these steps:

Trade mission participants are responsible for booking their own flights. Please note that the trade mission begins early morning on Sunday, October 22 in Amman and ends on the evening of Thursday, October 26 in Jerusalem.


In addition to booking your flights and hotels, please make sure you have registered for the trade mission and paid your initial deposit fee here. This is necessary for inclusion in our official trade mission participation journal. 


A trade mission fee will be assessed for each individual who attends the trade mission. This fee, which is a flat rate, covers the cost of some group meals, some group ground transportation, room reservations for briefings, trade mission participant journals, trade mission marketing collateral and networking receptions hosted by the State of Utah. Trade mission participants will be responsible for the cost of their own flights, lodging, and most meals and other incidental expenses.

Your final participation fee will be a flat rate based on what portions (cities) of the trade mission you registered to attend. Please note that the actual participation fee amount will depend on the total number of participants on the trade mission and the final costs of the various activities/services provided. Your initial $500 deposit will be applied to your participation fee. In the coming weeks, you will receive an invoice for the remaining participation fee balance for the trade mission.
