Vietnam Singapore Registration Thank You

Thank you for registering to join our trade mission to Singapore and Vietnam, led by Governor Gary R. Herbert and organized by World Trade Center Utah and the Governor’s Office of Economic Development.

At this time, your registration has been received. As we review your registration for the trade mission in the coming days, we will begin the match-matching process in coordination with U.S. Commercial Services as well as send follow-up emails regarding next steps to prepare for this upcoming trade mission.

PARTICIPATION FEE

To secure your spot for the trade mission, please note there is a $500 non-refundable deposit due on Tuesday, July 11. You will receive an invoice for the deposit, which will be applied toward your total participation fee, within two business days of registering.

However, you may also pay by mail via check. Please be sure to mail the check to the following address:

VISA

To attend the Vietnam portion of the trade mission, you must apply for a VISA ASAP.  You may apply in one of the following three ways:

Directly through the Vietnam Consulate

2. When filling out the form please answer the following questions (please download and refer to this sample application form here):

4. Put everything (application form, 2 photos, copy of passport, payment and self stamped return envelope) in to an envelope and mail to:
