World Trade Centers Utah (“WTC Utah”) respects the privacy of its members and of those who visit wtcuta.com (“Site”). The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you of the procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of information on the Site, including any mobile versions or related mobile applications, accessible on: WTC Utah.org. WTC Utah encourages you to carefully read this Privacy Policy.

By visiting the Site and providing information to WTC Utah, you acknowledge that you have been informed and you consent to the Privacy Policy, including with regard to WTC Utah collection, use and disclosure of personal information which may be collected when you subscribe to WTC Utah’s email alerts and newsletters, when you register for WTC Utah’s events and trainings, or when you ask for any other products and services provided by WTC Utah. Personally Identifiable Information 
We do not collect personal information about you on the Site without your knowledge or action. Your information is collected through the membership registration form, e-mail newsletter registration and/or event registration forms. WTC UTAH can only take steps to help reduce the risks of unauthorized access.

When you send credit card information, we encrypt this information between your computer and our server. Other information you send to this website, including email messages, will not be encrypted unless we advise you otherwise. The Site is protected by a firewall.

Correcting, Updating or Deleting Information 
WTC Utah gives users the option to correct, update or delete any personal information previously provided to us by the user; however, we will maintain copies of user information to the extent retained as part of our website’s standard backup/archive process. In addition, these procedures will not remove such of your information that has been provided by you to, or collected from you by, the websites of our business partners; nor will they remove or alter non-personally identifiable information. We are not responsible for ensuring the removal or deletion from the websites of our business partners of your information provided by us to our business partners as permitted by you or otherwise in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
